We stand by the quality of our seeds. If you receive any product that is damaged, mislabeled, or fails to meet our germination standards (as indicated on the packaging), you may be eligible for a warranty replacement or refund.

To claim under our warranty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos and a brief explanation. We may request return of the faulty product for quality review. This warranty does not cover improper storage or planting conditions beyond our control.
